About the Listening Tour
Beyond the Threshold is conducting a global listening tour with women in senior leadership, women aspiring to senior leadership, and women who exercise influence or take responsibility in their workplaces, professions, businesses, communities, families, or public life across eight regions. The purpose is to gather real experiences that show what leadership feels like for women today - the opportunities, the challenges, and the supports that help women thrive.
You do not need a formal title or think of yourself as a leader to participate. If you influence decisions, create opportunities, support others, build something, advocate for change, organize people, or help move your workplace or community forward, your voice belongs here.
This listening tour is designed to be simple, accessible, and honest. It includes a short, anonymous 7-8 minute survey with four questions tailored to where you are in your leadership journey.

About the Project Lead
Dr. Delores V. Mullings is an award-winning global leadership convener, institution builder, scholar, strategist, author, and speaker whose work advances leadership, equity, and institutional transformation across organizations, higher education, and communities.
She served as the first Vice-Provost (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism) at Memorial University and has led initiatives across multiple regions and sectors, with a commitment to understanding how women experience leadership and what supports help them thrive.
Beyond the Threshold reflects her ongoing work to gather insights that strengthen leadership pathways for women worldwide.

The results of the listening tour will be published here in a global report. This report will highlight themes, insights, and recommendations shaped by women’s leadership experiences across eight regions.
